Quinoa Salad with Gamberitini & Beetroot
Seasonal mixed leaves, fresh mint, parsley, red onion, tomato cubes, avocado, beetroot & quinoa. Finished with prawns & honey mustard dressing.
A filling and warm spaghetti dish with pomodoro sauce, olives, capers, oregano and garlic oil.
Rucola with Avocado & Quinoa Salad
Fresh wild rocket leaves & quinoa with fresh mint, parsley, red onion, tomato cubes, avocado, sunflower & pumpkin seeds & walnuts. Served with honey mustard dressing. Delicious!
